A small ship
As the nature of applied behavior analysis (ABA) develops and its educational implications continue to grow it is important to consider the path to success. Social validity, personal choice, and self-advocacy skills should be at the forefront of any educational program, but are commonly not the focus of many ABA providers. We place compassion and values over rigid procedures for encouraging genuine progress. One-size does not fit all and families deserve individualized, modern solutions and assistance from their team. Any family strives for the best for themselves. We strive for the best level of service in creating tactics, grounded in behavior principles, that allow our clients and families to move to the next level of success. We work with our families to navigate the world of services and to develop a unified vision of what “success”means for each person. We can help with organization of related service providers to overlap and develop whole-skills that benefit our clients to the maximum capacity.
Our director, Reid Spector, BCBA LBA-NY, has developed an outstanding team of teachers, aba providers, play therapists, and behavior technicians that follow this vision. A large number of clients, and over 20 years of work in the field have led to a progressive and practical approach towards educational programming. Relationships with the department of education, specialized schools, related service providers, and social groups benefit our members outcomes. Join our team and let’s achieve our goals, truly beneficial educational experiences and an increased quality of life.
